Ravintsara leaves come from the Cinnamomum camphora tree, a specific variety developed in Madagascar. Harvested when ripe, they are naturally air-dried, without chemical treatment or added flavoring, to preserve their characteristic plant fragrance.
Unlike essential oils, dried whole leaves are used in a gentler, more traditional way, notably in infusions or domestic aromatic preparations.
Their fragrance is fresh and slightly camphorated, reminiscent of Madagascan rainforests.
