PubMed, 2025).<\/p><p>Il suo <strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"874\">rizoma giallo-arancio<\/strong>, essiccato e macinato in polvere, viene utilizzato nel curry ed \u00e8 responsabile del suo colore intenso, dovuto ai <strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1000\">curcuminoidi<\/strong> di cui la curcumina \u00e8 il principale composto bioattivo (NCCIH, 2025;
