PubMed, 2025).<\/p><p>Su <strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"874\">rizoma amarillo anaranjado<\/strong>, desecado y molido en polvo, se utiliza en el curry y es el responsable de su intenso color, que se debe a los <strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1000\">curcuminoides<\/strong>, de los que la curcumina es el principal compuesto bioactivo (NCCIH, 2025;
