General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern sales concluded on the www.naturamada.fr website belonging to : NATURAMADA, a French company legally registered as a professional seller, specializing in the online sale of natural and artisanal products: spices, dried leaves, natural stones and wellness accessories. They apply to all orders placed by consumers or professionals for the purchase of products offered for sale by Naturamada.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the www.naturamada.com website.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the product sheets.
Photographs have no contractual value. As most products are natural or handmade, they may vary in shape, size, color or weight.

3. Orders
Validation of an order implies acceptance of these GTC.
The customer receives a confirmation e-mail after validation of payment.
Naturamada reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any legitimate reason (ongoing dispute, suspicion of fraud, etc.).

4. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Naturamada reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of validation of the order.

5. Payment
Payment is made online via a secure platform (credit card, Stripe, Klarna).
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in mainland France and other countries according to the options offered.
Delivery times are given for information only.
Delivery costs are as follows:
– Metropolitan France: €5.90 – Free for orders over €60
– European Union (EU zone): €7.90 – Free on orders over €60
– Switzerland: €7.90 – Free from €60 purchase
Indicative delivery times are:
– 4 to 7 working days for France
– 4 to 7 working days for Europe and Switzerland
Deliveries are handled by La Poste, Colissimo or Mondial Relay depending on the option chosen.
A follow-up e-mail is sent to the customer upon dispatch.
In the event of damage or loss, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt.

Naturamada cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package upon delivery and to report any damage to the carrier.

7. Right of return
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of the products.
Certain products are not concerned (opened, perishable, personalized products, etc.).

8. Warranties
The products sold are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects.
Naturamada cannot be held responsible for misuse of the product.

9. Personal data
Naturamada is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data provided by customers.

10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts.
French law applies.
