Return and refund conditions

1. General policy

At Naturamada, we attach great importance to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
Each item is carefully prepared and checked before shipping.
However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it under the conditions described below.

2. Non-returnable products

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, food products (spices, dried leaves, teas, infusions, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product on receipt.
Items that have been opened, damaged or used cannot be refunded.

3. Returnable products

Non-food items (e.g. natural stones, accessories, wellness boxes, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of receipt of order.

To be eligible for a return :

• The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be enclosed.

• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless an error or defect is attributable to Naturamada.

4. Return procedure

Please specify :

• Your order number

• The product(s) concerned

• Reason for return (faulty, error, dissatisfaction, etc.)

We will then inform you of the return address and the procedure to follow.
No parcel returned without prior agreement will be accepted.

5. Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned product, we will proceed with the refund:

• The refund will be made by the same means of payment used at the time of purchase.

• Processing time is generally 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the parcel.

• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we are mistaken.

6. Damaged products or order error

If you receive a defective or incorrect product :

• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo.

• Depending on the case, we will offer you an exchange, a credit note or a full refund (including shipping costs).
