bezeichnet, ist eine mehrj\u00e4hrige krautige Pflanze aus der Familie der Zingiberaceae, die seit <strong data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"713\">Jahrtausenden in S\u00fcdostasien<\/strong> angebaut wird, insbesondere in Indien, wo sie als <strong data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"811\">Gew\u00fcrz, Lebensmittelfarbe und kulturelle Zutat<\/strong> verwendet wird (Britannica, 2025; PubMed, 2025).<\/p><p>Der <strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"874\">gelb-orangefarbene<\/strong>, getrocknete und pulverisierte <strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"874\">Wurzelstock<\/strong> wird in Currys verwendet und hat eine intensive Farbe, die auf die <strong data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1000\">Curcuminoide<\/strong> zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist, von denen Curcumin die wichtigste bioaktive Verbindung ist (NCCIH, 2025; In Kombination mit Kurkuma ist dies eine gute Erg\u00e4nzung. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturamada.com\/de\/schwarzer-pfeffer-aus-madagaskar-verwendung-und-vorteile\/\"><strong>Schwarzer Pfeffer<\/strong><\/a> (Piperin) wird die Absorption <strong>verbessert <\/strong>(Shoba et al., 1998).
